The Performer
Christopher Hansen is a French horn player of rare distinction, performing for weddings, private parties, and formal events where nothing less than the finest live music will do. His playing draws on rigorous orchestral training and the discipline of performing under the exact demands of a live event — knowing when to sit quietly beneath conversation and when to command a room's full attention.
He has appeared as a competition finalist at the Southwest Horn Workshop, studied at Cormont, and performed with a number of orchestras — a pedigree reflected in every performance he gives. Each engagement is accepted individually and prepared to the specific room, repertoire, and moment it is written for, never a fixed set played the same way twice.
